Today it was announced that world famous Cartoon star Rat Bastard signed a 100 year one hundred zillion dollar contract with THE NATIONAL CARTOON COMPANY. RAT BASTARD will now join the great cast of actors, actresses already signed to the studio. Stars such as DAMN DUCK, APRIL FOOL, CHIPOLTLE-CHICKEN, BABY-CAKES, DR.
